Cheston Edwards, 36 was killed instantly on March 29, 2021 when the car he was driving was hit head-on by a car driven by Rolbin Pacheco.
Pacheco, 35 from Honduras was in the country illegally, unlicensed, driving drunk and traveling the wrong way when he struck Mr. Edwards car.
Edwards leaves behind a nine-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. His mother said he was on the phone speaking with his girlfriend when the phone just cut off while they were talking.
