STANISLAUS COUNTY, CA – According to reports, a 33-year-old illegal immigrant was arrested by Stanislaus County Sheriff’s deputies earlier in May for allegedly murdering a 62-year-old man that authorities believe may have been his roommate.
Officials say that the victim’s body was reportedly dumped in an aqueduct following the slaying.
In a press release dated May 12th from the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office’s official Facebook page, it was revealed that detectives from the sheriff’s office had arrested 33-year-old Juan Ramon Haro Ortega for the murder of 62-year-old Anthony Pistoia.
