I am a LEGAL immigrant from Germany and now a proud American citizen, also known as DomsMom.

My ONLY child, my 30 year old son Dominic “German chocolate “was killed by an illegal alien repeat offender with a long arrest record.

On 7-12-12, the unlicensed killer turned his unregistered and uninsured truck into the path of my son, who was heading to work on his motorcycle. My son was killed instantly, my family permanently separated, and my world forever changed with a life sentence of grief and nightmares. The illegal alien was charged with a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, was able to bail out of jail for $10,000 cash during the hearing and received a deal from the biased judge: 9 months in jail and 5 years’ probation.

He only served 35 days!!!!!

Dominic was a young, vibrant and very successful young man who not only worked for the Riverside Sheriff’s 911 Communication Department, but also spent all his available time as a volunteer firefighter to help his community. My son was studying to become a motorcycle police officer and his final goal was to be a helicopter pilot for law enforcement.

Dominic was highly respected and loved, known for his fun and loving personality, his laughter, big heart and kindness. He is dearly missed by his coworkers and many friends from all over the world.

Since his death I became an activist/advocate against illegal immigration. My journey has taken me from testifying at a Judiciary Hearing in Washington, DC to be a guest speaker at the Republican National Convention. From being invited to the Inauguration of our 45th President to many visits to the White House to meet with President Trump and Vice-President Pence.

Sharing my experiences on FOX, CNN and even MSNBC has given me many chances to shed light on illegal immigration and the cost to America and its citizens. Dominic and the many other victims will never be forgotten, and their deaths will not have been in vain.
