Illegal alien accused of killing 39-year-old Illinois man freed into United States again

An illegal alien, who charged with running a red light in Illinois in June and killing 39-year-old Corey Cottrell, was freed from ICE custody a month before the victim’s family was not informed.
Jose Rodriguez, a 27-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, struck and killed Corey, a father of two, who was riding his motorcycle at the time to visit his mother Kathy, Breitbart News reported.
Rodriguez fled the scene of the accident and turned himself in the following day, police said.
So far, he has only been charged with fleeing the scene of an accident with a death involved, speeding, and running a red light.
